  • ORDERING
    Can I get this offer when your clubs are operational?
    •The offer is for a limited time offer and open for limited slots only.
     
    Can I still change my order once order form has been submitted?
    •You may call our customer service hotline number (+632 8511 9300) for any change of orders. Note that this is subject for availability.
     
    How do I pay for my orders?
    •An invoice will be sent within 24 hours upon submission of your order. Please settle the payment via PayMaya within 24 hours so we can confirm your order.

     

    Do I have to be a member to be able to purchase?
    •Yes, this offer is exclusive to Fitness First members.
  • DELIVERY
    Can I pick up the Spin Bike from the club?
    •We will arrange the delivery and pull out of the spin bike to the address indicated in your order form through a 3rd party mover. Charges for logistics will be shouldered by the member .  We only offer FREE delivery and pull out of bikes for the 6-month package.

     

    When can I receive my orders?
    •Orders will be delivered within 48 hours  & up to 4 days  if outside Metro Manila upon receipt of payment. For the status of your orders, you may contact our Member Support team at ph.membersupport@fitnessfirst.com.ph  or +632 8511 9300.
