She's 43, and used to hate most forms of exercise. But now, working out has become a major part of her life.
katrina's achievement
Kat was morbidly obese, pre-diabetic, with a fatty liver and developing high blood pressure. She couldn’t walk or stand for a long time without pain in her legs and feet from carrying the weight.
She lost 100lbs and has now expanded her physical activities. She joined several races, completed her first Spartan Sprint and will do her second aquathlon in October.

"Think about your fitness goal. Think about the Wonder Woman-type of body you want to achieve."
Jun Isip, Platinum RCBC
Kat was endorsed to me by one of the MC’s when she was looking for a PT. Her goal to "achieve the Wonder Woman-type of body" is usually what I use to keep her motivated and focused. We initially train 2-3 times per week and noticed that her body was reacting very fast to the exercise and diet, consistently losing 2-4kg of fat and gaining muscles in a span of 9 months. I encouraged her to join RENEWAL and saw ther other side - a real Wonder Woman, and her real strength, a very positive outlook in life. Our trainings are now shifted to more functional and sport-specific program to prepare her for fun runs and aquathlons. She recently conquered her first Spartan Sprint Race in Subic.
