  • VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

    1. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING?

    Active paying members and members on paid freeze with active Personal Training packages can opt to book virtual Personal Training sessions.

     

    2. HOW DO I BOOK FOR A VIRTUAL SESSION?

    Contact your coach to book a virtual Personal Training session. You will receive a Microsoft Teams invite together with your booking details.

     

    3. WHAT DO I NEED FOR VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING?

    You will need to download Microsoft Teams (MS Teams), a free app video calling app on iTunes or Google Play. Sessions will be conducted via this platform.

     

    4. DO I NEED TO TURN ON MY CAMERA?

    Yes to enable your coach can properly guide you through your workout. You’d also need to turn on the sound and microphone of your device so you can interact with your coach during the session.

     

    5. I DO NOT HAVE EQUIPMENT AT HOME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Your coach does not require you to have any equipment to effectively run your sessions, they will work with what you have at home.

     

    6. I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL MY REMAINING PT SESSIONS AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE, HOW CAN I PURCHASE A NEW PACKAGE?

    Once you have arranged what type of package you wish to purchase with your coach, we will send you an email invoice which can be paid via credit or debit card.

     

    7. I NEED TO CANCEL MY VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION, WILL I GET CHARGED?

    Usual cancellation rules still apply. If you need to cancel a pre-booked session, please advise us 6 hours prior to session time to avoid any penalties. We do encourage that if you need to cancel a session, please rebook your session within the same week to continue your progress with your coach.

  • VIRTUAL SMALL GROUP TRAINING

    1. HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS SHOULD A GROUP HAVE?

    We recommend a maximum of 4 participants so our coach can pay close attention to the form and safety of each participant.

     

    2. DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER?

    We require at least one (1) participant in your group to be a Fitness First member. The rest can be non-members.

     

    3. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PACKAGE?

    While the group may opt to split the payment between them, the Fitness First member in the group must make the payment in full via debit or credit card. An invoice will be sent within 24 hours upon receipt of your order and must be settled within 5 days.

     

    4. WHAT VIDEO PLATFORM SHOULD I USE?

    We recommend using MS Teams; however, your coach can use any credible video conferencing platform that is most convenient for the group. All participants, including coach will need to use the same platform.

     

    5. DO I NEED TO TURN ON MY CAMERA?

    We recommend that you do for your coach to best guide and ensure your safety during your session.

     

    6. WHAT IF I DO NOT TURN UP TO MY SCHEDULED SESSION WITH THE GROUP?

    All sessions are counted as 1, irrespective of the number of participants who attended. We recommend that you coordinate and commit to the schedule with the rest of the group to be able to enjoy your virtual training sessions.

     

    7. CAN ANOTHER PERSON TAKE MY PLACE IF I CAN NOT MAKE IT?

    Only the same 4 participants who started can join the group sessions. Replacement of participants is not allowed.

     

    8. WE NEED TO CANCEL OUR SCHEDULED SESSION, WILL WE GET CHARGED?
