In this class, you’ll repeatedly reach your cardio peak, when your heart beats between 70% to 84% of its maximum rate, and then ease back down. Keeping pace with the pack helps lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
This class is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement, at the same time as you burn calories, get lean, and improve your aerobic fitness. Draw on the pack’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own speed and resistance levels, so you build your fitness over time.
And if you’re just starting out, you’ll be shown you to set up your bike and how to do basic cycling moves. It’s recommended that you start with 4 or 5 tracks, and work your way to a full class.
