Hone your skills in a workout that’ll take your boxing experience to another level. In this 45-minute session, we’ll focus on sharpening your boxing skills and techniques, with exercises that’ll use your body’s natural movements. We make sure to give everyone different workout options so you can work out according to how much experience you have. During the class, you’ll be working your whole body, and improving your overall strength, fitness and function all at the same time. You’ll leave the class with more power, core stability and muscular endurance.
