This 30-minute class is an effective workout that specifically targets and strengthens your core muscles. We combine standing core exercises that’ll have you bending, lifting and twisting, with strength exercises to build a leaner, fitter waistline. The exercises will consist of wholly integrated movements that will have engage multiple muscles.
You’ll leave the class with a stronger core, which will give you better balance, mobility, stability and improved posture. You’ll also build a strong foundation that will help to increase your muscle efficiency and power. You can use this class as a warm up to your own workout, as a total workout or even to recover after a period of heavy training.
We go hardcore for a full 45 minutes. We’ll target and strengthen your core muscles, which is the powerhouse for all your body movements. You’ll get better flexibility, while building a strong foundation to increase muscle efficiency and power.
