AERIAL FLOW YOGA LEVEL 1
This class is specifically geared towards those who are new to aerial yoga. We’ll get you started on the basics and progressively build your skills up. You’ll learn how to use the swing, overcome fear, master new techniques and practice postures where one or both of your feet are off the ground.
When you’re suspended in the swing, typical yoga poses become easier and more comfortable to achieve. You’ll be able to stretch further, which is great for relieving compressed joints and correcting muscle imbalances. You’ll also gain greater flexibility, better traction of the spine, and improve your circulation through a series of well supported grounded and hanging poses.
