Sales Manager & Front of House Manager
It is the role of the Service Consultant to promote the products and services of the fitness club while ensuring smooth coordination of front desk services and other customer related activities.
- Run the reception area smoothly by welcoming members as they enter the club
- Handle guest comments and complaints, welcome feedback from members, and provide solutions within agreed service level agreement
- Generate client leads and turn these leads into sales
- Secure transactions made between members and staff
- Accomplish essential reports as part of administrative functions
- Coordinate effectively with members, staff, and other departments

- Work experience in sales and or customer relations.
