You’re missing out if you only fly solo

The great thing aboutgroup fitness classesis that you can roll up and take your pick of what’s on for the day. The variety is perfect for spicing up your workout and keeping you keen. Here are four good reasons to take a break from going solo, at least for a while.

1. Group fitness classes are enjoyable
And that’s the reason that keeps us on track with anything: we’ll always make time for what we like. Plus, time flies when you’re enjoying yourself, so you’ll accomplish a lot more than usual and make a flying start to your day.

2. Group fitness classes offer more variety in your workout
Prefer the outdoors? In or out, there’s a group fitness class for that: Flow Yoga Series, Hardcore Series, ProCycling Series, HIIT X Series, and more. Here’s the clincher: there’s a certified instructor for each class.

3. You don’t have to figure it out on your own
Just follow the instructor who’s already thoughtfully structured the workout so you progress gradually from warm-up into more intense activity then warm down and chill.

4. You’ll likely see results faster because of peer support
This may sound basic, but it’s true: if you don’t break your present limitations, you won’t see an improvement in your fitness. One way to do this is by being part of a supportive group guided by an instructor. You’ll feel encouraged to step safely out of your comfort zone and really go for it.
